My college roommate, A-Ying, is a huge J-Pop enthusiast. He owns thousands of records, even travels to Japan to buy them, and then sells some online back home. While I enjoy music casually, he's on a serious level. I admire this dedication, but I often wonder how he manages moving house with such a massive collection. I also have a cousin who has lived in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, since he was a teenager, moving to Japan live with my aunt. Due to poor health, he doesn't work, but he's passion is about gaming and anime. Their house is stacked with video games and manga, piled up like mountains, and he can talk endlessly about them. As a man, I also enjoy music and games, but it seems that as you reach a certain age, the pressures of life force you to give up so many hobbies. I do like them. I think pursuing personal passions is excellent. However, both A-Ying and my cousin are 40 and single.
