Trick of “Trial Bread”. I’m feeding swans at a river near my place. When I was looking for the cheapest bread, I found “Trial bread” at a Seiyu store. This bread was the lowest price I have ever bought. On coming back home, I looked up the Internet, and I knew it was the most reasonably priced bread (88 yen/loaf) made by Fuji bread and sold by Seiyu. The review was so good that I thought it was better for me to change my daily bread to this one. The review says, “This bread is safe because the label on the bread reads that the ingredient flour is 'domestic manufacturing’. I know the other breads are mostly written “domestic production”. What is the difference between “domestic producing” and “domestic manufacturing”. The domestic producing means the flour is made in Japan, but domestic manufacturing is not made in Japan, but just milled in Japan. This indication is very tricky; I have almost been taken in.
