Turn over the shoe

When I was watching the baseball game on TV, some spectators put shoes on top of their heads. This is a fan culture called Rally Shoe, a kind of charm. This is thought to be a development form of rally cap. A rally cap is a baseball cap worn inside-out and backwards or in some other unconventional manner by fans to will a team to a come-from-behind victory late in a game. The first rally shoe was seen in the postseason game between the Mariners and Blue Jays in 2022.
