The Opening of Cherry Blossoms

Sendai District Meteorological Observatory declared the opening of cherry blossoms yesterday. The cherry blossoms at the ruins of ex-Ishibashi Sendai dagashi (Japanese cheap candies) shop were actually blooming like they do every spring. Many people came and took pictures. The swans of Hirose River have already flown away to Siberia except two birds. I feel that the season is drastically changing these days. I have one more thing to write for my day recording. I had my hair cut today.

昨日、仙台管区気象台が桜の開花宣言をしました。 実際、旧石橋仙台駄菓子店跡の桜は、例年通り咲いていました。 たくさんの方が来て写真を撮っていました。 広瀬川の白鳥は、2羽を除いてすでにシベリアに飛んでしまいました。 季節の移り変わりが激しくなっているのを感じる今日この頃です。 今日の記録にもうひとつ書くことがあります。 今日は髪を切りました。
