逢ひみての 後の心に くらぶれば 昔はものを 思はざりけり
権中納言敦忠
貴方と逢って愛しあった後の心に比べれば、それ以前の物思いなど無かったようなものだ。
When I compare my heart from before we met to after we made love, I know I had not yet grasped the pain of loving you.

Fujiwara no Atsutada was a mid-Heian waka and Japanese nobleman.
He was designated a member of the Thirty-six Poetry Immortals, and was also known as the Hon'in Chūnagon and Biwa Chūnagon because he played Japanese lute very well.
