The butterfly effect

The butterfly effect I read a post that says the present My-Number Health Insurance Card is only linked with the receipt information, so the doctor can only get to the one- or three-months old patient information. If the My-Number Health Insurance Card is linked with the electronic medical records, this problem will be solved. By the way, I had been curious as to why my neighboring clinics had closed. They were long-lived good clinics. As a defeated general should not talk of the battle, I don’t know the reason, but I think one of the reasons has something to do with the electronic medical records.  Large hospitals have made great strides in computerization recently, but even when undergoing treatment, it is easy to see doctors' struggles in dealing with this. Some doctors are so glued to the computer screen that they barely look at the patient and other doctors have a nurse standing next to them inputting data into the computer. However, digitizing and hiring an additional staff member would be a significant burden for a small clinic. It would be natural for them to consider closing the clinic rather than going to such a cost.
