Ginger Ale

Ginger Ale Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink flavored with ginger. As the summer comes, new ginger roots are displayed in vegetable markets every summer. My wife gets them and makes ginger ale. Generally, ginger ale is sweetened and colored with caramel syrup, but my wife uses cane sugar and oligo sugar instead of caramel syrup. The leftover ginger is minced and used as an accompaniment for rice. No drinks can beat the cold ginger ale in the hot summer.
