Basic income. It isn't what I imagined. Now a basic income system is going to be implemented in Thailand. The population of Thailand is 66,000,000 and 50,000,000 people can receive 10,000 baht each, which will be paid in digital currency. This is the key of this system. The idea of basic income started to prevent employees from stopping to go on their daily lives by losing their jobs due to the development of AI. However, I think the basic income system in Thailand has been becoming the government’s controlling system of national people. People give their private information to the government to receive a basic income, thus giving the government gets the power to control people. The government will seell the Thai people's private information to the companies. And the information also will help making easier to collect the tax.
