Depressing message

Depressing message. While I am learning on Duolingo lately, Duolingo sometimes sends me emails that say "xxx has run over your rank". I like to think that they are trying to cheer me up, but it's the opposite! I feel like they're saying "You're lazy, stop learning".

気が滅入るメッセージ。 最近Duolingoで学習していると、Duolingoから「xxxがあなたのランクを超えました」というメールが届くことがあります。 彼らは私を元気づけようとしているのだと思いたいのですが、実際は逆です！ 私には彼らは「あなたは怠け者だから、学習をやめなさい」と言っているように感じます。
