今日は習慣について書きます。誰にでもなにか習慣があると思いますが、良い習慣があり、悪い習慣があると思います。どんな習慣でも、一旦身につけたら、変えるのは難しくなるので、なるべく、悪い習慣を身につけないほうがいいと思います。 Today, I'm going to write about habits. I think everyone has some habits, but I think some are good habits and some are bad habits. No matter what kind of habits, once you have acquired them, it will be difficult to change them. So we should cultivate good habits as much as possible.

今天我来写一写关于习惯的事情。每个人都有自己的一些习惯，有好习惯，也有坏习惯。不管是什么样的习惯，一旦养成就很难改变，所以我们尽量不要养成坏习惯为好。
