A New Chiropractor 新しい整体師

I went to a chiropractic clinic for the first time in a year. 1年ぶりで整体に行った。 The chiropractor who treated me before was transferred to another branch.  以前私を治療してくれた整体師は、他の支店へ移った。 His treatment was excellent. 彼の治療はとてもよかった。 In addition, he was sympathetic to all his patients, and had good communication skills. それに全ての患者に同情的で、コミュニケーション力があった。 However, since he was a manger, in order to increase the sales, he always recommended additional expensive treatments to me. しかし、彼は店長だったから、売り上げを伸ばすためにいつも追加の施術を勧めてきた。 At that time, I ended up buying a ticket that can be used for six months, but I was not able to use it effectively. その時、私は６カ月使えるチケットを買うことになったが、有効活用できなかった。 This time, I choose another branch of the same clinic. 今回は、同じ整体院の他の支店を選んだ。 I determined that I was not convinced to buy any tickets, so I was a bit nervous. 私はチケットを買うように丸め込まれないように決めたので、ちょっと緊張した。 The staff member said that there is a system that I pay the fee each time, apart from buying a ticket in advance. スタッフはあらかじめチケットを買う他に、来院するたびに払うシステムがあると言った。 Also, I learnt that a part of the treatment is covered by medical insurance. また治療の一部は保険が効くことがわかった。 I got angry to know how much my former chiropractor had overcharged for the treatment. どんなに以前の整体師がぼったくっていたかわかって腹が立った。 Although the new chiropractor was blunt, his treatment was good. 新しい整体師はぶっきらぼうだが、治療はよかった。
