Tasks Requiring Physical Strength 体力が必要な作業

I wrote about a major repair at my parents' apartment on Nyan-8 before. Nyan-8で両親のマンションで大規模修繕のことについて書いた。 The construction company asked the residents to remove their mosquito screens by the end of next week because they would spray waterproof chemical on the outside wall. 工事会社が住民に来週末までに網戸を外すようにと言ってきた。彼らは外壁に防水スプレーをかけるからだ。 If the residents find it difficult to do it on their own, the company will send someone to help it. もし住民が自分でやるのが難しかったら、その会社は手伝う人を送ると言っている。 Since I am not good at that kind of job, so I was supposed to ask for help. そういう作業が私は得意ではないので、頼むつもりだった。 However, I have got through some difficulties since I decided to look after my parents, although I am not physically strong, I would give it a try. しかし、両親の世話をすると決めてから、色んな困難を乗り越えてきたので、体力はないが、やってみることにした。 It took me 30 minutes to remove all mosquito screens, but it more difficult part was to take these into the room, placed them horizontally on the floor and put a huge plastic cover on them. 全ての網戸を外すのに30分かかったが、もっと大変なのは、それを部屋に入れて、床に水平に置いて、巨大なビニール袋をかけることだった。 If I turn in my 80s and live alone, I couldn't do tasks requiring physical strength. 私が８０代になって一人ぐらしだったら、体力のいる作業はできないだろう。
