I work at an airport. One day I saw a section surrounded by partitions in the arrival lobby. I found it strange because the partitions are always used to separate VIPs from ordinary people. I saw paramedical staff members doing something through between the partitions. I heard a middle-aged man who were waiting for his guests fell on his back suddenly. He tried to get up, but he couldn't. His co-worker called the ambulance. Nobody made a scene. Since he was protected by the partitions, the paramedical staff could do some treatment calmly. I think it is one of practices that Japanese should be proud of. I heard one of my co-workers fainted in the past while she was waiting for her guests. She had anemia. The arrival lobby is always packed, so sometimes I feel sick.
