雨の夜のおいしい夕食

今夜、母が夕食にグリルドチーズサンドを作ってくれました。簡単な料理ですが、とてもおいしいし、どこか居心地がいい味です。窓の外からポツポツと雨音が聞こえます。犬も、私の隣で仰向けになり、足を宙に浮かせてリラックスしているようです。 雨音が聞こえるのも確かにいいものですが、寝る前に犬を連れ出さなければならないのです。雨であまり濡れないといいなと思っています。 ところで、グリルドチーズサンドをご存知ですか。これは「アメリカ」の料理かどうか分かりませんが、有名ではないでしょうか。

A Delicious Dinner on a Rainy Night My mom made me a grilled cheese for dinner tonight. It's a simple dish, but it's really delicious and somehow cozy. Outside the window, I can hear the pitter-patter of rain. My dog also seems to be relaxed, sleeping on his back with his feet in the air. Listening to the rain is nice and all, but... I have to take the dog out before bed. Hopefully we don't get too wet in the rain. By the way, have you heard of grilled cheese sandwiches? I'm not sure if it's an "American" dish or not, but surely it's pretty famous, isn't it?
