After:  While I was reading a book, called "The Time Keeper" written by Mitch Albom, I came across the following dialog: “There is a reason God limits our days.”  “Why?”  “To make each one precious.” It is easy to understand, but we often forget the truth.  I believe that being immersed in the present moment and enjoying each precious experience is the key to living a happy life.
