    After:  Focusing on the present moment is crucial for living a happy life. I sometimes worry about the future and feel regret about past experiences. These negative thoughts prevent me from living in the present. Besides, I often feel strong emotions such as irritation, frustration. When I notice that I am immersed in those negative feelings, I always try to breathe deeply so that I can get back to the present moment. Focusing on the present moment is crucial to live life happily. I sometimes worry about the future and regretting about the past experience.
