Age Verification

I read a news article this morning. It was about an age verification system of Roblox. People who want to chat with other users need to verify their age by sending a video selfie. Those users are divided into several age groups and they can chat with each other within each age group. All the private video data are deleted by Roblox after the age verification process. I wonder if a kid used their parents video to communicate with older people.
