A Hot Eye Mask

I recently started using a hot eye mask, when I go to sleep and take a nap. It works very well. It turns off automatically after 20 minutes usage, but I always sleeps before that. I feel relax when wearing it. If you have any trouble with sleeping, I recommend you to try it.
