A Letter of Intent

When I was meeting with other client, I received a chat message from my colleague, saying the client that we had been proposing our service wants to have an online meeting as soon as possible. As soon as I finished the meeting, I went into a cafe nearby and connected to the online meeting. The client asked me several questions and I answered all of them. Finally, we reached an agreement. Abou an hour later, I received the letter of intent!
