A Tough Question

When I met with a client yesterday, the director of the client company asked me a question. "Can you discount the software license fee, if we share the competitor's price?" It was a tough question, but I answered, "It's our best price for your company. It is not comparable to the competitor’s price, because our software's license fee is the core of our business which enable us to provide high quality services and to invest in the future improvements. Our business model is totally different from other vendors."
