In the last two or three years, I have come to realize that our mental health is strongly connected with our physical health. If we are in good physical condition, it’s easy to keep our mental state in good shape. That’s why I exercise and meditate every morning, and jog every weekend.
In these two or three years, I have come to believe that our mental health is strongly connected with our physical health. If we have a good physical condition, it’s easy to keep our mental healthily. That’s why I do exercises and meditation every morning and jogging every weekends.
