A Difficult Meeting

Today, I worked remotely. There were not many meetings, but one of them with a client was very heavy. The clent reported us that they were going to change their operation flow of the call center, because their boss didn't allow them to keep the current operation. I carefully asked several questions to figure out the back ground or main cause of their decision. Then, I politely explained that it won't go smoothly and their store staff will be in trouble if they changed the flow. The client promissed me that he will try to pursuade his boss. I hope their boss will accept our suggestion.
