Heavy Rain

After:  It's been raining heavily today, because a typhoon is going through the Kanto region this afternoon. I have to go to a client's office in Tokyo for a meeting. The client offered us to hold the meeting online, but I decided to visit in person, because it is an important meeting related to a serious safety issue with our system.
