A Busy Morning

After:  I woke up at 9:00 am and did some my morning routine, such as strecthing, excercises, and meditation. After that, I changed my clothes and went out for a jog. As soon as I returned, I took a cold shower. It felt really nice after sweating a lot. I just finished an online English lesson with my tutor who is an American living in Thailand.
