A Productive Online Meeting

After:  Yesterday, I had an online meeting with a potential client. The meeting was the second Q&A session for their next generation POS system after our presentation on April 9th. Surprisingly, they allowed us to use most of the meeting for asking questions. They sincerely answered our questions. They even promised us to share their true needs and pain points of their store staff for their current POS system. It was a very productive meeting.
