Successful Givers

After:  Last Friday, I had an opportunity to deliver a presentation to the newcomers who who joined our company this year. There were 20 people.  I introduced a famous book titled "Give and Take" written by Adam Grant.  According to the book, people are supposed to be divided into three groups: givers, takers, and matchers. The most successful are the givers, but they're also the least succesful. Successful givers have a strong mindset and they know that they can achieve their goals by contributing to others. Unsuccessful givers are always taken advantage of other people and they will be exausted by helping others without achieving their own goals.  I hope that they understood my main message that there is a way to be a successful giver.
