Bad News

After:  Yesterday, one of my team members reported that the potential client decided to choose our competitor for their next generation POS system. I was disappointed with the result because I was confident that our company would be chosen. The client chose the current vendor because they won't have to do major changes to their current operations a lot. I'm going to have a meeting with them to ask them further questions about their decision making.
