Demonstration at a Client’s Office

After:  Yesterday, I visited a potential client to deliver a demonstration of our POS system. Before starting the meeting, the leader of the IT department told me that the store managers were conservative and afraid of drastic change when he explained the overview of the vendor selection for their next generation POS system the day before yesterday. Then, I decided to focus on explaining the simple UI and ease-of-use so that they could get used to the new system. I think that the demonstration was a success. Yesterday, I visited one of our potential clients to deliver a demonstration of our POS system. Before starting the meeting, the leader of IT section told me that the store managers were conservative and afraid of change drastically when he explained the overview of the vendor selection of their next generation POS system the day before yesterday. Then, I decided to focus on explaining about simple UI and easy operations so that they could change their way of thinking. I believe that it succeeded.
