I go to the gym 4 times a week to exercise so I can get stronger. I do things like squat and bench, but the heavier it gets, I'm limited by my breathing rather than my strength. That's why I bought some new running shoes, and I plan on running three times a week and doing calisthenics. Because it helps improve not only breathing, but blood flow, I think it's a good idea to change up my exercise routine. Along with that, I want to get my squat up to 330lb.
