Do you use a wooden cutting board or a plastic one? A wooden one might be easier to use, but bacteria may stick to it more easily.
I was using a wooden one that my father made for a long time, but I replaced it with a plastic one years ago.
I'm not sure how many times I have replaced it with a new one so far. Even if I sometimes disinfect the cutting board with bleach, the surface gets dirty and I can't completely clean the surface.
I've been using the current one for many years, and it looks bad. I usually use both sides of cutting board, but several months ago, I accidentally placed a hot pot on it, and the bottom of the pot left marks on the surface of the cutting board. That's why I've been using only one side
Yesterday, I went out to buy a new cutting board at a wholesale store. I checked the price of the cutting board I wanted at several stores, but the wholesale store had the lowest price.
I had planned to start using it at the beginning of next year, but today I exchanged the old one for the new one.
I enjoyed cutting vegetables and meat on the completely white cutting board.
