The Governer of Tokyo Got Injured

The Governor of Tokyo injured his left knee joint during the first pitch of a baseball game last night. She was diagnosed with a two-month recovery, but she will not be hospitalized and will telework during that time.  This morning's newspaper article sounded sarcastic. "When she was elected for a third term in July, she said, 「都政の三期目の舵取りを任せてもらった。しっかりと全身全霊で対応していきたい」" Well, it's difficult to translate the part that she said, I searched for some good phrases in English to make 「全身全霊」an ironic sentence but could only come up with "with all my best" or "with all my might." 「全身全霊」literally means "whole body" and "whole sole" and it means "with all your best." It isn't ironic at all in English. Does anyone have a good idea to make the sentence ironic in English too?
