TV Shopping Programs

At lunch break, we were talking about what we do when we can't sleep at night. One of my friends told us that she gave up staying in bed and went to the living room to watch TV shopping programs. She had bought several items through them such as a scarf, a bag and a vacuum cleaner. To make a purchase, she called the number displayed on the TV screen. I was surprised to learn that there were people working at 1 a.m. to answer those orders.
