Cramps

A few nights ago, I was suddenly woken up by a terrible cramp in my left leg. The pain was so sharp that I had to just wait until it eased. It didn’t last long, but I felt it took forever. After the pain was gone, the cramp came back again in the same calf. To my horror, this happened about four times in a row. While I was suffering from the cramps, I was thinking that it must have been caused by dehydration.
