Monks

This morning, I saw three young monks got on the train. Since it would be so rude to stare at them, I glanced at straw sandals the bamboo hats that they were holding in their hands. Coincidentally, one of the monk sat next to me. They seemed to stay outside for collecting money, so their skin was deeply tanned. Perhaps, because of their simple life, they didn’t have any smell at all. At some point, they got off the train and a woman sat next to me. Unlike the monks, she carried a strong artificial scent like she had put on unnecessary things.
