Eye Clinic

I have an eye check-up every six months, and today I received an email from the clinic that reminded me that my next appointment is tomorrow. It said that I should call them if can’t go there. Now, I am currently working at a temporary office in downtown. By the time I get home, the clinic is already closed. Moreover, my lunchtime doesn’t match their office hours, and I am not allowed to make phone calls during work. I am not sure what to do.
