Bullying

One of my co-workers who recently started working with me told me that she has been bullied by other people. Of course, we weren’t children, so they didn’t do anything violent. They often harassed her and other new employees verbally and harsh attitudes instead. Since I don’t work those bullies, I have no idea how I deal with this situation. Last Friday, she told me that one of the bullies threw her finger stall away on purpose. Finger stalls are quite useful when we flip papers. It was one of the office supplies, so there were many replacements in the cabinet. However, she was shocked by it. I felt sorry for her for being treated like that, so I gave her a cute finger stall that I had bought for myself. I can’t understand why they harass new co-workers.
