Visitors

Early this evening, I heard a banging sounds from the entrance of my house. I assumed that my sister-in-law or my nieces came to my house. Since the door bell has been broken, they knocked the door to let us know that they visited our house. However, I instinctively felt something wrong. If they were visiting us, they had never knocked the door so hard. I slightly opened the curtain to check who was there. Before I looked at the direction of the door, I saw a young man standing in front of the neighbor’s house. Then, someone banging the door of my house loudly saying “Hello? Excuse me!” He didn’t give his name. I was sure that he wasn’t a delivery man or a postal delivery worker. I didn’t want to get into trouble, so I quietly closed the curtain and pretended to be away from home.
