IF Halted

I fast daily for 18 hours at least. For the next 10 days, however, I won't be able to. Two days ago, my doctor prescribed me Ibuprofen for an on-going back pain. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory medication to be taken with food. Otherwise, it can cause gastrointestinal bleeding when taken on an empty stomach. It's alright. It's only for 10 days. I just need to be consistent with going to the gym. After, I'm back to 18 hours of fasting.
