函館旅行の1日目にしたこと (3)

「ご質問とご不明な点がございました？」 「この近くにイタリアンレストランがありますか？」 「あります。ホテルから右側を曲がって、本道の前にお進みください。これから、左側を曲がって、続くお進みください。小さなサインを見ます。色々なピザやパスタを売ります。」 「そうですか、ありがとう。」 部屋がとても現代的でした。ソーファと二つベッドとすごく大きいテレビがありました。落ち着いたのあと、近くの有名なを行きました。うに丼を二つと卵焼き一つを注文しました。うには全然食べてみません。初めて食べます。うにはすごくクリーミーで、テクスチャは他の食べ物を食べないです。北海道うにか海鮮は日本がとても違います。食べてみませんの場合は、おすすめです。卵焼きが普通で、卵の味でした。高級寿司レストランは最後のコースに卵焼きを出て、聞いていました。これは真実ですか？日本に高級寿司レストランを行きますか？経験はどうですか？ (ちなみに、このウニのレストランの名前は「うにむらかみ函館本店」です)

“Do you have any questions?” “Is there an Italian restaurant near here?” “Yes there is, just turn right from the hotel and continue straight until the main road, once there, turn left and continue straight until you see a small signboard in front. They sell all kinds of pizza and pasta and I recommend it.” “I see, thank you.” Our room was very modern equipped with a sofa, two beds and a very big tv. After settling down, we head to a famous Uni restaurant nearby. We ordered two bowls of uni don and a tamagoyaki. I had never eaten Uni before and this is my first time trying it. The uni was extremely creamy and the texture was unlike any I have tasted. Hokkaido uni or seafood  is really different from anywhere in Japan. I highly recommend it if u have not tried it. The tamagoyaki was quite normal with an eggy taste to it. I heard that high end sushi restaurants usually serve tamagoyaki as the last course, is this true? Have you been to a high end sushi restaurant in Japan? How was the experience?  (By the way, the Uni restaurant name is Uni Murakami Hakodate honten)
