函館旅行の1日目にしたこと (2)

「いらしゃいませ！少々お待ちください！」 このホテルの方が札幌のホテルよりモダンです。2023年に最近で建てましたから、場所が新しくと思いました。ミニもジュースやコーヒーを売りました。 「お待たせしました！チェックインでございますか？」 「はい、お願いします。」 「かしこまりました。恐れ入りますが、パスポートとご予約の詳細のご提示させていただきましょうか？」 「はい、大丈夫です。」 「ありがとうございました。フォームでお名前、電話番号とご住所をお書きお願いします。」 「はい、分かりました。」 「ありがとうございました。このホテルにお二泊、スーペリアツインでございますね。」 「はい。」 「かしこまりました。ご利用規約がご同意をご署名お願いします。」 「今は簡単なご案内いたします。お部屋は3階の307号室でございます。エレベーターのご利用の前に、ルームカードでパネルをタッチしてください。お忘れないようにご注意ください。チェックアウトの時間は午前10時でございます。午前10時の前でチェックアウトがいいですけれども、最終チェックアウト時間は10時15分でございます。チェックアウト時間を超えてご注意くださいませ。ホテルは全館禁煙ですので、お吸いなられるの場合は、外でお吸うお願いします。お部屋にアメニティは足りないの場合は、一階に行って、エレベーターのそばにアメニティトレイを取ってください。歯ブラシや歯磨き粉やシャンプーや石鹸などを選べいただけます。一点お知らせですが、午後7時から午前8時までにホテルのスッタフが不在となりますので、お部屋で問題があれば、早くご連絡お願いします。自動ロックが午後10時から午前7時までを活性化していますが、カードのリーフレットの中に暗証番号を入力してくださいませ。3階にコインランドリーがございます。服をドライと洗いしております。洗濯機を２台とドライヤーを一台がございますで、先着順しておりますご注意ください。」 続き….

“Welcome! Please wait for a moment.” The hotel was quite modern unlike the previous one we stayed at Sapporo. I heard it was recently built in 2023 so the facilities were very new looking. There was also a mini cafe selling juices and coffee.  “Thanks for waiting! Would you like to check in?” “Yes please.” “Sure, can I please have your passport and booking details?” “Sure.” “Thanks. Can you please write down your name, mobile number and address on the form?” “Alright.” “Thank you, you are staying with us for two nights at the superior twin room right?” “Yes” “Alright, can you please sign below if you agree to the terms and conditions above?  Thank you.” “I will now give you a brief introduction of our hotel. Your room number is 307 on the third floor. Please take note to tap your room card on the card panel in the elevator to use it. The checkout time of the hotel is 10am. You can checkout earlier than 10am if you want to but do not exceed the latest time of 10:15am. The hotel is a non smoking area so please smoke outside if you want to. If there are not enough amenities in your room, please head down to the ground floor and get from our amenities tray beside the elevator. There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and soap for example for you to choose from. Please take note that our staff would not be in the hotel from 7pm to 8am during the night, so please contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems with your room. An automatic lock would be activated from 10pm to 7am. You would need to input a PIN code that is provided in the leaflet which the card is placed in it. There is a 24 hour coin laundry located at level 3 where you can dry and wash your clothes. Please take note that there are only two washing machines and one dryer available and they are on a first come first serve basis.” To be continued…
