札幌旅行の2日目にしたこと (5)

[h3] [/h3] 「お待たせいたしました。お食べ物でございます。失礼いたします。」 カニ海鮮丼といくら丼とホタテを注文していました。新鮮とふっくらとしそうでした。 「美味しそう~~、じゃあ、いただきます！」 細切りかには自然な甘くて、美味しかったです。いくらは私の口の中にポップした、海鮮の味がありました。うにはとてもクリミーて、旨みの味です。全体的に、とても充実して、昼ご飯が美味しかったです。でも、一番が蟹味噌汁です！カニの卵はスープを吸収されていましたから、濃厚な海鮮味とベア塩味噌です。この投稿の書きとき、日本のカニを食べたいです！

“Sorry for waiting! Here are your meals! Excuse me.” We ordered a crab seafood don, an ikura don and scallops. There all looked so fresh and plump. “Looks delicious!! Let’s eat!” the shredded crab was naturally sweet and delicious. The ikura popped in our mouths and had a seafoody flavour and the uni had a very creamy and umami taste. Overall it was a very fulfilling and delicious meal. But the best part was the crab miso soup. The crab roe was absorbed into the soup, resulting in a rich seafood crab flavour paired with the salty miso. Writing this makes me crave for Japanese crab😅
