Hello, you gardening and vegetable lovers. Welcome to my “world vegetable channel”. The half of March has already gone, it's the best season for sowing seeds! We're gonna let you know the lovely colorful veggies best suited for your Instagram timeline! Pink chicory  Can you believe that this rosy lettuce could exist in the real world?  Yes, this cute pink chicory, that reminds us of frills in princess’s dresses,  comes from Italy waiting for your cultivation. A bowl of salad with these pink leaves would brighten up our table. Purple yam Look at the slimy pastes with shocking purple. Don't be scared, in fact this yam is completely harmless. Rather, the purple color is the result of anthocyanin and the gluey texture is mucilage, which both are good for health. Purple napa cabbage  The third vegetable is nappa cabbage, but with purple color. The color remains vivid even after heating, which is helpful for adding a color in your soups and hotpot. Myoga (pink ginger buds) Don't worry if you only have a narrow shaded garden, because that is exactly what Myoga or Japanese ginger loves. Their aromatic buds are best friends for Somen noodles in the summertime, or can be pickled with other veggies. I also grow them in the narrow space beside my house for home consumption. Watermelon radish  This  heirloom Chinese radish has three colors: green outside, white middle layer and red inside. That is why they're called “Inside Beauty” in their homeland.
