My mother teaches elementary school students basic English. One day I asked her: from what point do you start teaching English for children? She replied: to begin with, I let them interested in the alphabet forms. I: how do you do that? Mom: for example, I ask the children questions like "what is the cutest alphabet in your eyes?"what is the coolest alphabet and why?", thus let them focus on the forms. After that, I made stories about the alphabets, like: c, o, a were nice friends in their childhood (or the lower case), because they felt they had some similarities in their forms. But c felt that it lacked something, admiring the perfect shape of o. On the other hand, o considered itself boring form without any traits, and it felt that it had an emptiness inside. o wanted to be like a, who had more added forms compared with o. a was the number one among them. When they grew up (or capitalized) ",  they met in coincidence C and O could recognize the old friends immediately, then said "you haven't changed since childhood". Then they found a unfamiliar alphabet and asked who it is. The mysterious alphabet answered:"I am A, but I'm not old myself anymore. I abandoned my past. I sharpened myself" Surprised C and O asked why.
