People have to all years work hard and achiev a good harvest. They should enjoy themselves during these days of the New Year.[/h3] [h3]So, every household killed pigs and geese, ground flour, and made tofu, etc. Spring couplets are posted on the doors. Wishing themselves a year filled with good luck, good health, and all their wishes come true![/h3] [h3]People dressed their children in new clothes and worshiped to their ancestors.It presented a harmonious festive atmosphere.[/h3] [h3]People celebrated the New Year, set off firecrackers, and paying New Year greetings to each other. And welcome the God of Wealth. Adults gave children lucky money,hope these children have long lives and healthy life.[/h3] [h3]So many blessings lasted for 15 days. Thus, on the last day of New Year, people eat Lantern Festival dumplings (glutinous rice-flour filled round balls for Lantern Festival), celebrate the Lantern Festival, and perform dragon dances and lion dances.[/h3] [h3]The next day, life will return to normal.[/h3]

元宵節 今天是中國新年的第十五天， 也是歡度新春佳節的最后一天。 傳統的中國，特別是在農村， 人們勞作了一年，收穫滿滿，新年的日子裡應該盡情享受一番了。 於是，家家戶戶殺豬宰鵝，磨麵做豆腐等。門上新帖着春聯，迎接新的一年好運連連，身體健康，心想事成！ 人們給孩子們穿上新衣服，祭拜祖宗。呈現出一片祥和的節日氣氛。 人們慶祝新年， 放鞭炮，互相拜年，迎接財神。 成年人給孩子們發壓歲錢，期盼孩子們長命百歲。 這麼多的祝福持續了十五天， 於是， 人們在新年的最后一天，吃湯圓，鬧元宵，舞龍舞獅。 第二天，再恢復正常的生活狀態。
