[cb]日翻中 (2) [b]戰爭的側臉[/b] 大國的士兵是一位老人，小國的士兵是一位年輕人。 這兩人分別在國界石碑的左右兩側值班。這是一座非常偏僻的山，幾乎看不到旅客的身影。 冬天當然也會降臨。當天氣轉冷的時候，老兵開始思念南方的兒孫。 「我真希望我能早點抽空回家看看。」老人這樣說。 「你回家後，這裡就會有陌生的人取代你的位置。要是換來的人親切善良還好，要是換來一個敵我分明的人，那就麻煩了。請您再多待一會兒吧。反正春天很快就要來了。」年輕人說道。 不久，冬去春來。就在這當頭，兩國因為一些利益衝突引發了戰爭。於是，一直以來和睦相處的兩人，變成了敵我關係。這事情的確令人難以想像。 「那麼，從今而後，你我便是敵人了。雖說我歲數大了，但好歹也是個少佐。如果你能取下我的項上人頭，你就可以拿去邀功出人頭地。你還是快些把我殺了吧。」老兵說道。― 摘自 小川未明《野薔薇》[/cb]
