Herbal Jelly

There is a famous snack in Taiwan called Herbal Jelly. It has the effect of relieving summer heat. Herb Jelly is just in season. We are well into the dog days of summer. I can do nothing except for swimming in dog days. The typhoon entered the Taiwan Strait yesterday. The high temperature eased rapidly, but it was still sweltering.
