You have probably been told not to use your screen before bed.
When you scroll on your phone late at night, the blue light from the screen penetrates deep into your skin.
This blue light damages collagen and elastin, the proteins that keep your skin smooth and firm.
Over time, this damage can lead to wrinkles, fine lines and stubborn dark spots, making you appear older than you actually are.
