Higher Temperatures in India

India is scorching hot while China is enjoying cooler weather. The highest temperature in the capital New Delhi was around 45 degrees Celsius. For the next fifteen days in India, the temperature will be above 40°C almost every day. In April, people in many parts of China did not use air conditioning. What is the reason for this? This is because the Tibetan plateau naturally blocks much of the heat from India reaching western China.
