At first, I thought there was a problem with my heart, so I had been to a physician three to four times for two months. Every time I went there the doctor told me "No problem!"    The next year (2022), I had no chance to go to a psychiatry and the doctor said "You have panic disorder." I was very shocked to hear that I had panic disorder. I called an ambulance four times in 2022 because I couldn't get up and breath suddenly, my hands was shaking for some reason, I had an irregular heart beat. one out of four times is for my dad because something stuck in his throat.
