The Test Result of a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy

I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy last week. I went to a hospital to get the test result. A doctor said "No problem. Two polyps is in your stomach, but they don't change to a cancer and your duodenum is good." I'm relieved. Today, there is an interesting/funny thing for me. The reception of the hospital opens at 8:30 am and a doctor starts seeing an patient at 9:00. My appoint was at 9:00. I went to the reception at 8:30 and I waited in front of an exam room. I saw a doctor, I got the test result and then I paid money at the reception. I didn't watch the clock in the hospital, so when I went out of the hospital, I looked at my smartphone. It was 8:57 (My smartphone works exactly.)  Was the doctor busy? So he worked earlier than usual?  lol  I didn't know why, though.
